Your first step is to schedule a viewing onsite where we will take some time to let you walk through a unit and answer any questions about our community.
After that, we invite you to fill out an application form which is required for any adult over the age of 18.
A $50 fee accompanies any application and will be used to run a credit and background check.
We can generally complete this process in 5-7 days.

We are a dog friendly community.
Dogs must weigh 30 pounds of less and measure a maximum of 18 inches from the shoulder to the ground.
A two dog maximum policy is in place and some breed restrictions apply.
All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations and be spayed or neutered.
There is an additional deposit of $300 for a first dog, and a $150 deposit for a second dog.
Monthly rental fees increase by $25 per month, per animal.

Rent is collected on the first of each month through ACH direct withdrawal connected with a checking or savings account of your choice.

At the time of signing, a check or money order is required to cover a first month’s rent payment, a security deposit, and a non-refundable cleaning fee.
These fees are subject to change.
For applicants needing a move in date other than the first of the month, we will prorate your month’s rent accordingly.

Two bedroom units are currently $1450 a month.
Three bedroom units are $1600.

Hidden Haven Townhomes provides water, sewer, and trash collection.
It is the responsibility of the tenant to pay for gas, electric, and WIFI services. Our building is equipped with fiber optics for your WIFI needs.

If you need a rental lease for less than 12 months, a $150 premium is added to your monthly rent.
The minimum length for a lease agreement is 6 months.
